What is SURAHA?

SURAHA is a medically integrated system to cure and prevent chronic complicated psychosomatic and Life Style diseases. It was conceptualized first by Dr.Subrata Dutta, B.H.M.S, D.Y.Pt., a Homoeopath and a Yogapath. Also it was he who had earlier pioneered the concept of "HYMEDPATHY" which is a combination of Homoeopathy , Yogapathy., MEditation, Dietetics. It is a new treatment process and it is the basic concept of "Holistic Health". It is a combination of old treatment processes in modernized form by Homoeopathic medicines, practicing Yogasana and meditation and to maintain an ideal and complete balanced diet chart according to individual patient's diseased states.

Originating in Bengal, SURAHA is a frequently used word in Bengali language. The literal meaning of this word is 'Solution' (of a problem). Anything that is to be done at first we find out the way of SURAHA, 'The Solution'. In English SURAHA stands for "Safe Unique Regimen And Holistic Approach". The regimen is the combination of medical science, philosophical wisdom of homoeopathy and yogapathy of different chronic complicated diseases, body massage and meditation to tone and cool down the physical and mental stress, fatigue, aches and imbalance, psycho-counseling to solve any type of mental imbalance (schizophrenia, depression, anxiety etc.), balanced diet-chart according to the individual's illness and the most essential consultation and advice about life-style modification which is the generator of complicated diseases now-a-days.
